包裹出门以后就不在我们控制范围之内了。所以每每有重要的包裹要出，我贴label的时候总是想着，祝你好运。

要知道倒霉的包裹，有的被我们贴错label送去错的地方的（skip）；有的送出去以后没有人签收，三次以后退回来的（return to shipper）；遇到Katrina退回来了的（nature disaster）；有的漏了没有上飞机的（left in UPS and delay），有的送出去以后摔坏了的（damage）；有的被UPS送到错的地址了（最厉害的试过去意大利的包裹去了德国了）；有的在运送途中收件人就不想要了（refuse）；有的收件人没有钱付COD的（no fund）；有的甚至运送途中被人偷走了（lost），有的被海关卡住不放的（not clear），有的在海关放得太久以后扔掉了（abandon）……各种各样的倒霉方式，数之不尽。

大约每两个星期UPS就会丢掉一两个包裹，早发现的早能claim保险，但是有些收件人拿不到东西又不找我们，拖了一个多月credit才问为什么没有收到钱，claim保险已经太晚了，也忘了是什么事情了。有时候也有大大一个COD amount印在包裹上，好几万USD的，明明就是引人犯罪。

面对倒霉的包裹也只有无尽地无奈。谁叫你倒霉呢。

当然也有不幸中万幸的，例如一个去中国的shipment卡了3个月以后终于昨天回到我们手中了。

公司占了2075、2077、2079三个门牌号，分公司名字不同就用不同门号。

我们公司一样做Fedex的生意。Fedex还送我们小玩具呢。

一直有几棵树挺好看想拍下来的。还有一些果树现在已经凋零，但是夏天时候我们就摘过一些果子来吃。秋天来了些云，白白的，胖胖的。

大树好乘凉，经常在这棵树下睡觉。

还拍到UPS来pick up的车。

不想再描述这件事情了，太恐怖了。总之又是我做错事情。

话说昨天那位朱丽叶Sales给客人的Order被UPS送错了地址，今天UPS又没有给她另一个客人送货。

还没有到中午饭时候就被这个朱丽叶打电话给我说昨天的replacement客人还没有收到。然后又告诉我另外一个客人的货昨天要overnight但schedule delivery date是明天。那我能做什么呢，那就只是打电话问问UPS吧，哀叹一下“朱丽叶啊朱丽叶，你为什么要是朱丽叶”吧。然而悲情的主角是不会这样就罢休的，一直在叫嚷啊、嚎哭啊、吵啊，全部就是为了一个钱字。朱丽叶今天又要出replacement给她的客人，让我高声喊一句“去死吧，朱丽叶！”
